Engineering Department

Goals & Measures

  • Identifying the needs and expectations of customers in relation to the product.
  • Product design, mold, tools and fixtures and monitoring the product production process
  • Technical support for the development of new products.
  • Improving and upgrading the company’s current products.
  • Market research and review of industry trends and national and international standards
  • Internal audit and coordination for external audit of products
  • Analyzing product measurement results and making suggestions for improvement.
  • Resolve customer-related issues related to the product.
  • Drafting or revising the quality plan and product development.
  • Identifying problems related to product production and providing solutions to improve it.
  • Taking corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance.
