Concrete—Cast Iron Manhole Cover

1. Available in two load bearing classes D400 and C250
2. Concrete percentage is 450 kilogram per square meter in accordance with Iran concrete requirement instructions.
3. Use of ribbed rebar in accordance with Iran concrete requirement instructions.
4. Cement used is anti-sulfate cement to create the necessary resistance in the sewage environment.
5. Cover material is a combination of cast iron, steel rebar and polymer reinforced concrete
6. Cast iron is used for manhole frame according to DIN 1563.
7. Using concrete special additives to increase the abrasion resistance of concrete, decrease water permeability, decrease concrete corrosion, increase weather resistance of concrete.
8. Use of polymer fibers in concrete of manhole lid to increase resistance to tensions, impacts and to avoid any cracks.
